How Sparksense GmbH collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

Sparksense GmbH, Panoramaweg 15, 5070 Frick, Switzerland, is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question, wherever you are, email contact@sparksense.co.
Our site and services are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 16.
2What we collect

We only collect professional data, never sensitive data such as health or religion.
When we run outreach for a client, we propose prospects and the client approves them. We act as joint controllers with that client, and you can contact either of us.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We may also share data with our advisors or with authorities when the law requires it.
Switzerland and the EU recognize each other’s data protection. For the USA, we rely on the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
5Text messages (SMS)
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We text US contacts who opted in about their inquiries, follow-ups, and meetings. We do not send marketing by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing sales@sparksense.co.
6How long we keep it

We protect data with access controls, encryption, and two-factor authentication.
7Your rights
You can ask us to:
- See and get a copy of your data
- Correct or delete it
- Limit how we use it, or receive it in a portable format
- Stop using it for outreach or other legitimate interests
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Email contact@sparksense.co and we reply within 30 days. These rights apply wherever you are, including US states such as California. You can also complain to the Swiss data protection authority (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or to the authority in your EU country.
8Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time in our cookie settings. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
9Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell clients and subscribers about major changes by email.
